Reeson’s Ramblings :: December 17, 2017
We have so much to be thankful for during this blessed Advent season,
…and I am grateful for how often I see members of our parish family sharing from their God-given gifts out of love for God and for their neighbor. For each of us, our willingness to share from our gifts of time, talent, and treasure is a wonderful expression of a stewardship way of life. And stewardship is a way for each of us to live out Jesus’ call to discipleship.
I ask you to continue your commitment to stewardship by taking a few minutes this week to complete the campaign planning study survey you should have recently received in the mail.
Thanks to Joe Akers and “For the Greater” for explaining our campaign planning process at Masses last weekend, and this confidential survey will help us to better understand your opinions about various aspects of our parish as we prepare to begin our campaign. You can record your responses on the paper survey that came with your mailing, or you can complete it online at surveymonkey.com/r/StColumPapioCPS2017 or by clicking on the “Campaign Survey” link on our parish website at saintcolumbkille.org.
I also ask for you to prayerfully consider sharing from your time and talent to join one of our campaign’s volunteer teams, which will specialize in areas such as prayer, event planning, youth engagement, and communication—more to follow.
